A private financial record

This portal stores account names, access credentials, investment records, valuations, ownership information and private documents supplied or approved by the administrator. Investors receive only the information authorized for their own account. The public website does not display financial records.

Google spreadsheet connection

The administrator may authorize Google Sheets access to publish accepted portfolio editions to the designated companion spreadsheet. The publishing service is restricted to that spreadsheet. It creates dated reporting tabs and checks their contents; it does not change sharing permissions or overwrite the original historical tabs.

Google API data is used to provide this reporting connection. It is not sold, used for advertising or used by this website to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

Cloudflare hosts the website and encrypted backup files. Supabase provides account authentication, the private database and document storage. Google stores the companion spreadsheet. Necessary session cookies support sign-in. Access and job records help the administrator investigate failures and maintain the service.

History and recovery

Published financial editions and issued reports are retained to preserve an accurate history. Corrections create traceable revisions. Encrypted backup copies have a 90-day retention policy; this does not delete the original records.

Your choices

Contact your Bluewaters administrator through your established private contact channel to request access, a correction, an export, account closure or review of a deletion request. Financial recordkeeping needs may require some history to be retained. The administrator can revoke the spreadsheet connection in the Google account’s third-party access settings; revocation stops future synchronization and does not remove existing records.
